    We love all of our clients at Isla Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our beauty bar. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read.     Cancellation Policy

    In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. If this notice is not given, you will be charged 20% of your total service cost.

    If you do not cancel your appointment & do not show up within 10 minutes of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

    Repeat no-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
